Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for microservices architecture
- Conduct security audits and implement zero-trust networking protocols
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP certifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for automation tooling
- Strong background in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-grade cloud deployments
