Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for microservices architecture
- Conduct disaster recovery planning and cloud security audits
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Monitor system performance using Datadog/Prometheus stacks
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across cloud environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with Terraform/CloudFormation
- Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and container orchestration
- Strong Python/Go scripting skills for automation
- AWS/Azure/GCP professional certifications required
- Proven experience with multi-region deployments
- Ability to work 8am-4pm PST for cross-team collaboration
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
