Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for microservices architecture
- Conduct security audits and compliance certifications (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into cloud-native solutions
- Monitor system performance and implement auto-scaling strategies
- Document architecture decisions and create technical playbooks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- CI/CD mastery using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure Solutions Architect)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment
- Experience with cost optimization strategies for cloud environments
