Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP services
- Automate deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% availability SLAs
- Lead security compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers through architecture reviews
- Drive infrastructure-as-code adoption with Terraform
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions (Datadog, Prometheus)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in AWS/GCP
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/Go)
- Terraform/CloudFormation certification preferred
- Experience with IaC principles and infrastructure automation
- Proven track record in high-availability system design
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
