Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP architectures meeting client scalability and security requirements
- Lead cloud migration projects from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Conduct cost optimization analysis and implementation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert-level certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization
- Experience with cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST, AWS Well-Architected)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders
