Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead migration strategies for legacy systems to serverless architectures
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through architectural reviews and pair programming
- Optimize cloud costs using FinOps principles while maintaining performance
- Collaborate with product teams to define cloud roadmaps for 2024-2025
Qualifications
- 8+ years cloud architecture experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong background in microservices and event-driven architectures
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale cloud migrations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production cloud deployments
