Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-performance cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Develop cloud migration strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical innovation roadmap
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline automation
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies (Serverless, AI/ML integration)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 5+ years in AWS/GCP
- Certified Solutions Architect (AWS/GCP) or equivalent
- Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven experience designing multi-region, fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in security frameworks (CIS, NIST, SOC 2)
- Experience with financial services or healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ enterprise cloud transformation projects
