Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain deep product knowledge across 3+ service categories
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service with remote/hybrid experience
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification
- Available to work rotating weekend shifts (8am-8pm CST)
