- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze customer feedback to improve product features and service protocols
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and generate performance reports
- Mentor junior support staff and contribute to knowledge base development
- Collaborate across departments to address systemic customer pain points
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B customer experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record in reducing churn and increasing customer satisfaction scores
- Advanced proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Jira
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing enterprise-level client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
