Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building trust and ensuring high retention rates.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the successful onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are set up for immediate success and adoption of our core features.
- Strategic Consulting: Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for growth, offering data-driven insights to help them expand their usage of our platform.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze client feedback, communicating trends and feature requests directly to our Product and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Crisis Management: Resolve complex client issues and escalations with empathy and efficiency, maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Training & Enablement: Conduct product training sessions and webinars to educate clients on best practices and new feature releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support within the SaaS industry.
- Remote Work: Proven track record of working successfully in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management software.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
