Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 98% resolution rate target
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product updates
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid Kansas work authorization and U.S. residency required
