Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
- Document cases in CRM systems and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct training sessions
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and customer retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems

- Technical aptitude to diagnose software/network issues
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently remotely
