Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email with 95%+ resolution rate
- Document cases in Salesforce with detailed notes and solution tracking
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineering teams for escalated technical issues
- Proactively identify trends to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain 99.5% SLA adherence while maintaining quality metrics
- Train new support agents on product knowledge and best practices

Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical customer support roles
