Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and correlations
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive-level visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data governance initiatives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects responding to urgent policy inquiries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with federal sector exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong understanding of government data standards (FISMA, FedRAMP)
