Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Perform statistical analysis and create interactive visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and KPI dashboards
- Conduct A/B testing and hypothesis validation for product optimization
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with healthcare industry preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Certification in data analytics or healthcare informatics a plus
