Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau to communicate insights to executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Optimize data models and algorithms to improve predictive accuracy and business impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with 3+ years in remote/hybrid roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
