Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and clear documentation
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Automate reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with remote work components
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable business impact
