Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python for real-time analytics
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to communicate complex findings to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance against business objectives
- Present insights to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven expertise in SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
