- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop statistical models to forecast business metrics and KPI performance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- A/B test experimental features and measure impact on key business objectives
- Automate reporting processes to enhance team efficiency and data accuracy
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling background with A/B testing experience
