Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Develop statistical models to forecast market behavior and support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to design and implement A/B testing frameworks
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong business acumen with experience in fintech or SaaS industries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certifications in AWS Data Analytics or Google Data Analytics preferred
