Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and performance trends
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate marketing campaigns and product features
- Create automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and monitor business health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced skills in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic insights
- Experience with e-commerce analytics and customer behavior modeling
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics is a plus
