Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis solutions using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate complex insights
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive business optimizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor key performance metrics and trends
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure integrity of analytics infrastructure
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, concise data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar a plus
