Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement governance best practices
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with 3+ years in remote/hybrid settings
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio demonstrating complex visualizations
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven track record translating business problems into analytical solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
