Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve conversion metrics
- Create automated reporting pipelines to monitor KPIs and business performance
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating business questions into analytical solutions
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
