Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create advanced visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical modeling to optimize product features
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven decision-making across departments
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time insights to cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analysis with 3+ years in remote or hybrid environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong background in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Cloud Platform or AWS Analytics preferred
