Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing for product optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Houston and Georgia to define analytical requirements
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and implement quality control measures
- Mentor junior analysts and document analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with remote team experience
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in flexible work environments
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics preferred
