Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate technical data into actionable business strategies.
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries and manage ETL processes to ensure data integrity across our systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to assist in long-term planning and budgeting.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, VLOOKUP) and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems using data.
