Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive data analysis strategies to support key business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- SQL Mastery: Write optimized, complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and operational research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Reporting: Generate accurate, timely reports and presentations for executive leadership to guide strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Tools: Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data findings into clear, concise, and persuasive business recommendations.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote/hybrid setting.
