Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated reporting systems for KPI tracking and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Maintain data integrity and governance standards across all projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with healthcare industry exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data regulations
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
