Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize key performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and monitor business health
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear, compelling narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
