Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support business KPIs
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations and reports
- Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design experience
- Expertise in data warehousing concepts (ETL processes, dimensional modeling)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) a plus
