Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and advanced BI tools
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to visualize key business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical modeling for optimization strategies
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience with remote work preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven experience translating complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Strong communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Experience with healthcare or public sector data highly preferred
