Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Design A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Maintain data integrity through automated validation pipelines
- Present findings to C-suite executives using compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (AWS Data Analytics certification a plus)
- Experience with healthcare or financial data compliance (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
