Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical modeling for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows using cloud-based ETL tools (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory)
- Present insights to non-technical audiences through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with HIPAA/GDPR regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex findings for C-level executives
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics (preferred)
