Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in remote work environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating past data analysis projects and business impact
