- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Stay current with industry trends to propose innovative analytical approaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one BI platform
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Proven track record of creating executive-level data visualizations
