Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform complex data mining and statistical analysis to uncover trends and provide predictive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings effectively.
- Must reside in Albuquerque, NM (Remote WFH role).
