Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL with complex query optimization experience
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings to stakeholders
- Experience working in remote teams with excellent virtual communication skills
