Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making for the Atlanta market and broader regions.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
