Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis and build predictive models to forecast market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear data storytelling and executive presentations
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for reliability and performance
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into strategic recommendations
- Proven track record of delivering complex analytical projects on time
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
