We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to high-impact projects.

Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and maintain data integrity.
- Reporting: Develop automated reporting processes to provide real-time business intelligence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the data pipeline and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
