The Role:
You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large data sets. Your work will help identify trends, solve business problems, and provide management with the insights needed to achieve corporate goals. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Design and develop complex data models and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present complex data findings in clear, concise, and visually appealing reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is required.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
