Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, report requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business trends and support decision-making processes.
- Document data architecture, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Optimize data pipelines and workflows to improve system performance and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including complex queries, stored procedures, and joins).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
