As a key member of our analytics team, you will own the data pipeline, ensuring accuracy and integrity while creating compelling visualizations for stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into structured datasets using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business questions into data queries.
- Document data processes and create standard operating procedures to ensure data governance compliance.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
