Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Design statistical models to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear data narratives
- A/B test hypotheses and validate analytical outcomes
- Automate reporting workflows using Python or R
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
