The Role:
We are seeking a self-starter who can dive deep into complex datasets and emerge with clear, actionable insights. You will bridge the gap between technical data teams and business stakeholders to ensure our strategies are data-driven.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large-scale datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to translate business questions into data analysis plans.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, including experience with libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with high self-motivation.
