Responsibilities
- Dashboarding: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Reporting: Generate accurate and timely reports, including weekly and monthly analyses, to support executive decision-making.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and recommend solutions to improve data quality and integrity.
- Storytelling: Present data-driven insights and findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
- Automation: Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare, finance, or retail sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Excel (Advanced/Power Query), and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI).
- Programming: Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Location: Must reside in or near Fort Worth, TX, to accommodate potential on-site collaboration (Hybrid model).
