Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and quality
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data modeling projects
- Present findings to leadership through compelling narratives and clear visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power Qlik)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experimental design knowledge
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
