Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive, executive-level reports summarizing findings and recommending strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, understandable business insights.
