Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Create executive-level presentations communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Implement data quality controls and ensure accurate reporting standards
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with remote collaboration experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ETL processes
